Airport Representative

About the role

Freedom Adventures is seeking an Airport Representative to assist guests, coordinate flights, and provide on-site airport support.

What you'll do

• Monitor live flight status using radar apps and airport portals to account for delays, early landings, or cancellations.

• Meet guests at the arrival gate on time, displaying a clear company paging board for immediate identification.

• Coordinate vehicle logistics and ensure the driver is waiting in the designated parking area for a fast pickup.

• Handle guest luggage and assist with filing reports at the airline counter if any bags are lost or damaged.

• Manage departure drop-offs to ensure guests reach the airport on time.rs before their flight.

• Brief guests during the transfer regarding their hotel check-in process and facilitate smooth check-in at the hotel.

• A humble, patient, and calm individual with a positive attitude.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle situations professionally and politely.
