Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Operations Manager to oversee our trekking departures and coordinate with our field staff. If you have solid experience in the industry and can handle the logistics of a busy season while keeping everything on track, we’d like to meet you.

What you'll do

• Overall operational planning, coordination, and execution of all trekking itineraries, logistics, and daily operations,

• Oversee reservations, and transportation department,

• Daily ground operations management, including trip monitoring and field reporting,

• Supplier coordination, including negotiation, contracting, and performance review,

• Risk management and emergency response coordination,

• Team roster planning, duty allocation, and workforce deployment,

• Operational reporting to senior management and performance tracking,

• Forecasting, demand planning, and proactive operational preparedness,

• Local sales support and product optimization for market growth,

• Coordination with guides and field teams for client safety, service delivery, and issue resolution,

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations or management

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree

• Proficient in English Language
